Dulse is one of the most popular sea vegetables, and some love eating it right out of the bag. Dulse can be used as a seasoning, adding a subtle salt flavor without a large intake of sodium. Dulse is packed with essential minerals that our body needs. It's high in iodine, iron and potassium, in addition it's a great source of manganese, sodium, calcium and zinc. Our Dulse is freshly harvested in the Bay of Fundy from the Atlantic Coast of Canada.
